Service standards, liability terms, and cancellation policy governing every McVay Hydro dispatch.
Service Standards
McVay Hydro utilizes professional, high-pressure, ultra-high-temperature water systems specifically engineered for localized bin sanitation and environmental management. Our cleaning process is strictly water-based and self-contained, ensuring an eco-friendly approach that effectively removes biological debris, organic build-up, and localized surface contaminants. While our high-pressure systems achieve optimal sanitation results, structural stain variations, deep-set oil permeation, or pre-existing material discoloration may persist post-treatment.
Liability Protocol
It remains the sole responsibility of the client to ensure all designated waste containers are placed curbside, clearly accessible, and completely empty of residential waste, industrial compounds, hazardous chemicals, or medical materials prior to our deployment vehicle's arrival. McVay Hydro assumes zero operational liability for damage sustained by containers possessing pre-existing structural flaws, stress fractures, brittle plastics, or compromised hardware. Furthermore, McVay Hydro is not liable for service omissions resulting from obstructed access or non-compliant bin placement.
Cancellation Policy
Account appointments or recurring route schedules must be formally cancelled or modified at least 24 hours prior to your designated service route. To successfully process a cancellation request, clients must contact our support center directly via a recorded telephone call or by submitting a timestamped electronic mail notification. Service cancellations attempted less than 24 hours before the route launch will forfeit the scheduled dispatch slot, and the account will remain subject to the standard service rate.
